Registration can be paid via Cash App send to $osycinc. You can then send a list of participants names and ages that are being registered to this link via email-OSYCRegistration.

You can also mail in your registration (permission slip in the downloads section below)to 901 Hoag St., Toledo, OH 43607 attention Mikita Bush. If you are mailing please send a money order or cashiers check for payment, make checks out to OSYC. Also, payment can be made on site, in person the day of the event. Personal checks will not be accepted.
